🧹 Departure days
Bookings are Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday outside of peak season, when bookings are for a full week, with a Friday changeover.
CANCELLATIONS ;
We have a STRICT no cancellation policy. Please ensure at the time of booking you take out UK Travel Insurance to cover you, should you be unable to travel. You can find competitive policies HERE. Thank you.
The Outside.....Accessibility & Parking
The parking space is situated right beside the patio entrance door, which has one step.
Whilst not wheelchair friendly, the property is suited to guests with limited mobility.
Once inside, the property is single level. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, again with one step.
A clothes line is provided for drying wetsuits.
Outside Dining with Views
Outside, you’ll find a small garden area with a bench where you can enjoy the coastal views — a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind. There is also space available for a BBQ, perfect for relaxed outdoor dining, though please note this area is separate from the kitchen.
